All first-time purchases of any given product are backed by a 100% money-back guarantee: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product, you may return it to BIOTEST within 30 days of your date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. To be eligible for a refund, you must first receive a Return Authorization Notice from Customer Service by calling 800-525-1940. Outside the United States, call 719-473-5500. All returned items must be received by BIOTEST within 30 days of your date of purchase, and have a printed copy of the Return Authorization Notice inside the package. Returns will not be processed without a Return Authorization Notice.
If you order two or more units of the same product, the satisfaction-guaranteed policy only applies to one opened container, and any remaining unopened containers. Example 1: If you were to purchase 4 bottles of Metabolic Drive¨ Low Carb chocolate, and only open one bottle, you would be eligible for a refund of the purchase price of all 4 bottles. Example 2: If you were to purchase 4 bottles of Metabolic Drive¨ Low Carb chocolate and open two bottles, you would be eligible for a refund of the purchase price of 3 bottles (the first opened bottle and the two that were unopened). The second opened bottle would not be refundable.
Shipping charges are not refundable. The cost of shipping returned products to BIOTEST is the responsibility of the customer.
Books, DVDs, and e-books are not refundable.
