Hmm, honestly, I had not glanced at the calendar.

We could start Wednesday of this week so you could have your solid meal on Christmas Eve or Christmas day if you prefer. It would have to be healthy, but at least you could have a plate. Up to you. If you choose to start tomorrow, then we'll just speed up the prep work and do some of it as you begin.

If you want to do that, then skip today's training. If you want to start on Monday, take the weekend off regular training.


Chris, I'll start on Monday like you planned. I want to take my time with this prep work which is really good stuff that I never consider when dieting in the past. I usually just jump right into diet and bail out later for some stupid reason.

I want to give myself a Christmas present of a "straight up" clean diet and see what its like to eat clean through all the holidays.

I remember Skip LaCour freezing his birthday cake so he could eat it later while dieting for a contest through his birthday. I want that kind of dedication, I need that kind of dedication to get lean.

I'd rather spend my solid meal days with my wife on Sundays than have it on Christmas. Gotta keep that date night in there!
